After many years of teaching martial arts professionally, I have compiled many notes, lessons plans, business templates and so on pertaining to the industry. This page is to share what I have used over the years to serve as either inspiration for other teachers, or at least as a base template for them to adapt and fit into their specific needs and schools.
Kids 4-6 Years Old Kung Fu - Monthly Class Outline - Kung Fu Animals
Here is an outline for kids classes for age 4-6 years old on the theme of "Kung Fu Animals" that has a weekly progression. I've also included a description of the drills and exercises, talks, and group focuses and their progression into each following week. Rather than using it as an exact recipe for your school's classes, I suggest you adapt the thematic format and progression to fit your curriculum and style's requirements. It is also important to note that since this is the first I am posting, know that not all class layouts are the same. The format will be exact for this age group, but there will be other drills, lessons, and talks emphasized at different ages and skill levels.

Ng Lun Ma - 5 Wheel Horse Form - Reference Sheet
I illustrated this simple diagram, as a quick reference for the stance and kick repetitions in Ng Lun Ma (Five Wheel Horse) as it is often a point of confusion for students just learning it. 3-4-6-3 isn't always the easiest to remember, especially when most workouts we're used to seem to have rep themes like 5's and 10's. This one is definitely CLF and PBIF specific, but even if you don't study or teach CLF, this can provide as a template or an idea that you can use in your own school.

Annual Calendar of Events
One of the best ways to build your martial arts school community as well as increase retention is through monthly events. You do not have to do the exact list of events, nor do you have to do two events per month. It is best to see how much interest would be in these events, and what resources you have. Over the years I was able to increase resources and update formats of events to meet the school's budget and still give everyone a fresh and exciting event. Some events can be used as fundraisers for school income or for specific reasons like new equipment, but there shouldn't be pressure to sell every event. The participation should be based off of interest and community, not forced by their instructor.
I have not listed Special Self Defense Courses on the calendar as those should be scheduled and promoted often throughout the year. I will include more details about that as well as handout material in another post.

Traditional and Contemporary Titles in Chinese Martial Arts
This is an important one for schools looking to use traditional titles for instructors. There are contemporary titles that have been adopted into the martial arts industry over the past few years as a result of teachers having students attain high level titles and their students as well holding high ranking titles and so on. It's explained in this document, but in the end the fundamental terms for the school should be: Sigung, Sifu, Dai Si Hing/Dai Si Jeh, and Si Hing / Si Jeh.

Martial Arts Summer Camp Editable Registration and Parent Booklet
When you run a summer camp program for your school it is important to make sure that you, your staff, and the parents of your campers are all on the same page with camp protocol, hours, activities, and so on. Here are two very important documents that you will need for each camper. One is the registration form that you can use for in-house and new clients, and a booklet for the parents with all important information regarding the camp. It's in doc format so you can edit camp details, pricing, and add your school information regarding the camp. I will include camp lesson plans in a separate section. I still have non-students fill out a school waiver to be extra safe, and then if they decide to start taking classes there will be one step out of the way.
