This program is developed to give you the best online experience to learn the art of Choy Li Fut by equipping you with specific exercises and techniques that eventually are combined into forms. Additional lessons like Self Defense Techniques, Push Hands, Stretching, Choy Li Fut Applications, Joint Locking, Throws and Takedowns, Board Breaking, Weapons training, and Pressure Points are included throughout the curriculum to add depth to your training. The best part is you can progress at your own pace, which can be just as useful for a one time a week schedule to a full seven days a week schedule. When you have completed all the requirements for testing, you can submit a video and if your Choy Li Fut is up to standard you will be able to join the next level. More information about the testing process and requirements can be found within each specific level.

Membership and Signing Up

Each learning level can be accessed if the prerequisites are met, there are no testing fees, and as you move up, all of your previous material will be still be accessible for review and detail referencing (see curriculum below). If you have previous Martial Arts experience, leave a note in the sign-up form and Sifu will conduct a consultation to see if your Choy Li Fut aligns with the curriculum for proper placement. Specific forms cannot be purchased out of order, and skipping ahead will not be allowed, so please do not ask. It is only $40 to get started, which will give you access to all level one material.
